La política arancelaria se aferra una vez más al comercio internacional con la reciente aplicación de un arancel global del 10% adoptado por el presidente Donald Trump, tras el fallo de la Corte Suprema de Estados Unidos, y sus efectos en el mundo plantean posibles repercusiones sobre el tema, siendo República Dominicana uno de los afectados.
Con una medida que por sí sola desfavorece bastante el mercado exterior, el comercio dominicano será uno de los más castigados por su naturaleza de economía pequeña y abierta.
