SNS aclara hospitales operan con tres turnos de cuatro horas, no con tanda extendida
El director del Servicio Nacional de Salud (SNS), doctor Julio Landrón, aseguró que en la Red Pública no se contempla una extensión de la jornada laboral del personal sanitario, sino una reorganización flexible de los horarios de trabajo para garantizar mayor acceso de la población a los servicios médicos, especialmente en horas de la tarde y la noche.
«No hay extensión de horario. Eso no existe», afirmó, al explicar que el modelo continúa basado en tandas de cuatro horas, tal como ha funcionado históricamente en los hospitales públicos.
Reorganización flexible de los horarios de trabajo
El funcionario explicó que la propuesta consiste en permitir que los profesionales de la salud, de común acuerdo con las direcciones de los hospitales, puedan escoger el bloque de cuatro horas que mejor se adapte a sus responsabilidades laborales y personales, sin modificar la carga horaria establecida.
