La senadora de la provincia Puerto Plata, Ginnette Bournigal, explicó este jueves porqué utilizó esa expresión obscena durante su participación en una sesión en el Senado, aclarando que no se refirió a los miembros de la bancada opositora, sino también “a un montón de personas del Gobierno que se creen que están en las nubes”.
“Sabes que preferí decir esa expresión a utilizar la de “poppy”, que me indigna. No me referí a los miembros de la banca opositora, me referí cuando hablé (…). a un montón de personas, a un grupo del Gobierno que creen estar en las nubes”, indicó la congresista en una entrevista.
