El periodista y abogado Alberto Tavárez, participará como observador en su condición de coordinador general de la Corriente Democrática Institucional del Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM), en el proceso de elecciones legislativas que tendrá efecto el próximo domingo en Bogotá, Colombia.
Tavárez informó este jueves que en esas elecciones participarán tres coaliciones.
