– El juez Cirilo Salomón Sánchez, de la Oficina Judicial de Servicios de Atención Permanente en Santiago impuso tres meses de prisión preventiva a José Eudosio Morel Marte alias «El Cojo», acusado de quitarle la vida Elio Osiris Rodríguez de la Rosa en medio de discusión.
El abogado de la parte acusatoria, Wilandy Sarita, dijo que el tribunal acogió la medida para garantizar la estadía del encartado en toda la etapa del proceso y no especificó en cual penitenciaria «El Cojo» va a cumplir la medida de coerción.
