La Sociedad Dominicana de Neumología y Cirugía de Tórax (SDNCT) llamó la atención sobre la urgencia de garantizar que todos los dominicanos tengan acceso a los medicamentos esenciales para el tratamiento de las enfermedades pulmonares. En ese sentido, hizo un llamado a las autoridades y a los representantes del sector asegurador a unirse a este esfuerzo, y afirmó que “respirar es un derecho de todos y todas”.
