El Segundo Tribunal Colegiado de Santo Domingo Este condenó a 20 años de prisión a Orlando José Aquino, también conocido como Starlin Peguero Pérez (Paciencia), tras hallarlo culpable de matar a tiros a un adolescente de 16 años y herir a otro hombre durante un hecho ocurrido en el sector Villa Duarte, en diciembre de 2023.
La condena fue impuesta luego de que el Ministerio Público demostrara la responsabilidad penal del acusado en el crimen, aunque durante el juicio había solicitado una pena de 30 años de reclusión.
