Procuradora fiscal de San Cristóbal asegura que se respetó el proceso en caso de Miguel Valenzuela
La procuradora fiscal titular de San Cristóbal, Ramona Santana, dio respuesta este lunes a las interrogantes surgidas por la muerte de Miguel Antonio Valenzuela.
Valenzuela falleció días después de estar bajo arresto policial en San Cristóbal, Santana enfatizó que durante el proceso se llevó el debido protocolo y que la investigación continúa abierta.
Las declaraciones se producen luego de que los familiares del fallecido presentaran los resultados de una prueba de laboratorio, realizada el pasado 13 de julio, según ellos afirman, dio resultados negativos a la leptospirosis. En el mismo hilo expresan que no confían en las autoridades del Ministerio Público de San Cristóbal y solicitaron que el caso sea asumido por otro equipo de fiscales.
Ramona Santana explicó que el informe de patología forense tiene un mayor alcance que una prueba de laboratorio clínica y dijo que las autoridades sostienen la disposición de escuchar a los familiares y aclarar cualquier duda del caso.
